We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chargehand - Production to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Chargehand, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.

• Lead and motivate a team of production workers to achieve daily targets and maintain high-quality standards
• Coordinate production activities, allocate resources, and optimize workflow to maximize efficiency
• Monitor and maintain production equipment, ensuring proper operation and scheduling maintenance as needed
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations in the production area
• Conduct quality control checks and address any issues promptly
• Train new team members and provide ongoing guidance to improve skills and performance
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve production-related issues and implement process improvements
• Prepare and maintain accurate production reports and documentation
• Assist in developing and implementing production schedules and plans
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in the production area

• 3-5 years of experience in a production environment, with a proven track record in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production equipment operation
• Excellent team leadership and motivational skills
• Proficiency in production process management and quality control techniques
• Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations in manufacturing
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency and productivity
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in manufacturing preferred
• Familiarity with production equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
