• Assist in the setup and breakdown of construction sites including loading/unloading materials and tools.

• Support carpenters, welders, divers, and equipment operators during marine construction operations.

• Handle, transport, and secure construction materials and equipment safely.

• Operate basic power tools and hand tools under supervision.

• Assist with pile driving, concrete work, and structural assembly as directed.

• Perform general site clean-up and ensure work areas are safe and organized.

• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Help with the maintenance of floating work platforms, boats, and barges.

• Participate in safety meetings and report any hazards or incidents immediately

• Good Physical fitness 
• Under the age of 30 preferred for the role
