Job Description

As part of Eataly’s Finance Department, the Senior Treasury Analyst supports the development and maintenance process and procedures pertaining to Treasury Operations. A Senior Treasury Analyst focuses on cash management services, payment and liquidity services. Reports to the Treasury & Cash Operations Manager. 

  • Assists with monitoring and managing company's daily cash position 

  • Maintains the cash management functions, including cash pooling structures 

  • Coordinates the month-end bank reconciliation activities 

  • Performs daily audits on the stores cash operations, to identify and analyze any discrepancies in sales collection 

  • Assists with day-to-day Treasury related tasks and investigation and resolution of queries coming from both the stores and corporate departments 

  • Assists with development and implementation of Treasury SOPs, policies, operational controls and standards 

  • Assists the department in fulfilling all regulatory requirements and related reporting 

  • Ensures compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures 

  • Reconciles fixed asset register to actual cashouts 

  • Support the execution of all treasury activities for the setup of new stores and locations 

  • Performs regular review of all bank accounts to ensure accuracy 

  • Performs other duties as assigned 

  • Role is hybrid onsite at Eataly Corporate Headquarters 

  • Some travel as required 

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in a treasury role 

  • Direct experience with American and Canadian banking systems preferred 

  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field preferred 

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel 

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Dynamics GP is considered a plus 

  • Ability to work efficiently and with precision, especially with numbers  

  • Ability to effectively communicate in order to ensure accurate cost and expense reporting 

  • Strong organizational, multitasking and time management skills  

The annual compensation for this role ranges from $70,000- $85,000
