Job Description
THE POSITION:
Manages large scale, cross disciplinary projects involving contact centers, system builds, tech integrations and pharmacy dispensing, among others. Guardian of project including resourcing, budget, burn, timeline.
Must believe in securing strong relationships with multiple internal stakeholders and serves as primary point of contact for internal and external (vendor) partners.
- Establish enterprise-wide level governance/process/best practices to facilitate tradeoff decisions in a data-driven, organized way, as organizational priorities evolve
- Provide continuous visibility to leadership teams on the progress of critical projects
- Provide subject matter expertise for proper Project Management; develop templates, best practices to improve efficiency across the enterprise
- Execute project management on select critical enterprise-wide initiatives
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establish project interdependencies, key milestones, and critical decision points
- Develop project plans and timelines
- Lead status meetings, internal meeting, kickoff meetings
- Stuart best project management practices
- Oversee programmatic workstreams and workflow integrations to ensure deliverables are aligned to client and org goals
- Help teams with scoping, resourcing, and execution of key projects
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.

EXPECTATIONS OF THE JOB:
- Travel (5 to 10 days per calendar year)
- 40 Hours (40 per week, 5 of the week)

Qualifications
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of progressively responsible experience within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, consulting, advertising agency and/or healthcare setting required
- Prior project management or position where process and attention to detail were critical preferred
- Works independently; receives minimal guidance
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) in English
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheets, preferred
- Strong cross-functional collaborator with demonstrated stakeholder management skills
- A bachelor’s degree is required
PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
The physical and mental requirements along with the work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an individual encounters while performing the essential functions of this position.
Office: While performing the essential functions of this job the employee is frequently required to reach, grasp, stand and/or sit for long periods of time (up to 90% of the shift), walk, talk, and hear; occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet, with frequent interruptions and multiple demands.

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $117,000 to $164,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
