Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for OSS systems and related IT infrastructure
- Manage incidents, service requests, and change management using ServiceNow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex IT issues
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal uptime
- Document technical processes and maintain a knowledge base
- Participate in IT projects and system upgrades when required
Qualifications
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience in an IT Technician or similar technical role
- Experience with OSS systems is highly desirable
- Strong experience using ServiceNow
- Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Availability to work on-site in Toronto twice per week
