Job Description

Main responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage tickets in the ITSM tool (ServiceNow), plan and execute onsite interventions
  • Replace IT devices and peripherals (laptops, desktops, smartphones, printers, etc.)
  • Set up and configure equipment (laptops, desktops, smartphones, printers)
  • Manage meeting rooms and conference room systems, including Microsoft Teams equipment
  • Manage local IT stock and alert the ITS Site Leader when thresholds are reached
  • Update ServiceNow CMDB as required
  • Support IT aspects of special events (seminars, trainings, communication events, etc.)
  • Replace outdated equipment according to lifecycle management policies
  • Follow mandatory internal trainings (Site Security, GxP, Cybersecurity, etc.)
  • Forward tickets to appropriate assignment groups
  • Create AD accounts and manage users, distribution lists, and AD groups
  • Perform local software installations and manual patching
  • Ensure patch management for standard PCs in coordination with Cybersecurity teams
  • Pilot patch management for non-standard and industrial PCs
  • Level 1 coordination for printers (MFP and Zebra)

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Full time
Languages required: Fluent English & German
