Job Description
We are seeking a Power BI Developer with a strong foundation in data analysis and visualization, who is beginning to explore the integration of Artificial Intelligence into professional environments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for structuring and modernizing the exploitation of performance data within a remote IT support service center. This includes developing dashboards, automating reporting processes, and potentially integrating AI-powered tools to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
A set of already developed products is already available for French activity and would require to be adapted for Romania activity and development in an agile approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor and analyze service center performance.
- Structure and optimize data flows from various operational sources (Service Desk, Field Support, Logistics, etc.).
- Implement automation solutions using Power Automate and other Microsoft tools to streamline reporting and data management.
- Collaborate with operational teams to identify KPIs and ensure data relevance and accuracy.
- Ensure data governance and compliance with internal and client security standards.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven expertise in Power BI, including advanced dashboard development, DAX, and data modeling.
- Understanding of the Microsoft services environment.
- Ability to document, design and model solutions and explain, present and discuss with internal and external teams.
- Basic knowledge of main ITSM on the market (e.g. ServiceNow, EasyVista, Jira, …) are considered a strong asset.
- Good communication skills; fluent English (oral & written) required.
- Must be detail oriented, and able to work independently and self-prioritize tasks.
