Bompard is looking for a Store Manager for our Hampstead boutique, starting in April/May 2026.
As a true brand ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience while driving performance and leading your team with energy, elegance and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Bringing the Bompard Experience to Life
Welcome every client with authenticity, elegance and attention to detail
Share the story behind our iconic pieces through inspiring and engaging storytelling
Develop an in-depth knowledge of our collections to create a truly personalised client experience
Train and coach your team on product knowledge and client experience standards
Organise in-store events in collaboration with Head Office teams
Ensure the boutique is always beautifully presented and aligned with brand standards
Store Operations & Performance
Oversee the daily operations of the boutique (opening/closing, HR administration, logistics, Visual Merchandising)
Ensure compliance with company procedures and health & safety standards
Manage stock levels, deliveries and inventory control
Monitor and analyse KPIs to drive sales performance and achieve commercial targets
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, motivate and develop the sales team on a daily basis
Conduct regular performance follow-ups and provide constructive feedback
Manage recruitment and onboarding of new team members
Lead daily briefings and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration
Inspire your team to deliver a unique and memorable client experience
Qualifications
We are looking for a dynamic and communicative leader with proven experience in store management within the fashion or premium retail industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills
Passion for retail, fashion and client experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive, solution-oriented and results-driven
Ability to create a positive team dynamic and drive performance
