• Lead, coordinate, and contribute to financing (debt and equity raising), partnerships, and acquisition processes, including: 
• Preparing marketing materials for financing rounds. 
• Managing stakeholders like financing parties and external consultants. 
• Negotiating legal documentation for project financing. 
• Develop financial models, valuations, and portfolio analyses for projects in development and financing stages, with a focus on Power-to-X, wind, and photovoltaics. 
• Perform sensitivity analyses to identify and assess key value drivers. 
• Support the Business Development team by evaluating the bankability of strategic decisions and project documents. 
• Prepare investment approvals and streamline decision processes with market-driven capital allocation criteria. 
• Oversee budgets using financial and liquidity planning tools. 

• A degree in Business or Engineering from a top university, focusing on economics or business administration. 
• 3+ years of experience in the energy industry or financial modeling in the banking sector. 
• Expertise in company/project valuation (e.g., DCF and debt sizing). 
• Experience in corporate, structured, or project finance. 
• Knowledge of energy sector regulations is a plus. 
• Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, especially Excel (incl. VBA macros). 
• A strong interest in IT systems, databases, and ERP tools. 
• Fluency in English (German and French are advantageous). 
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a drive for excellence.
