Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for interacting with EPC's, Contractors, and End Users to understand project requirements that best suit the customer requirements. You will negotiate with vendors to obtain the best pricing, delivery, and terms of purchase.   You will also be required to manage project orders at times.

Additional duties will include:

  • Interpret complex information including engineering packages to determine customer requirements and offer solutions that create high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Manage and help the Team to create accurate and professional quotations packages from RFP's
  • Negotiate pricing and delivery terms with both vendors and customers; expedite orders when required
  • Initiate kick off meetings when projects are won
  • Investigate customer and vendor problems

Qualifications

  • 10 years of PVF industry experience 
  • 5 years of team management experience
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software
  • Possess a strong work ethic and a high standard of integrity
  • Excellent customer service and sales experience
  • Strong planning and organizational skills; ability to work under tight timelines and multiple deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to build and maintain effective working relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Preferred Skills:

  • Ball valve and GGC Knowledge
  • Strong Excel skills

Salary Range: $95,000 - $105,000
