The Opportunity
As a Senior Data Analyst within Customers Finance, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data across systems and reporting. Your insights will support decision-making and performance, contributing to our journey towards An Electric Britain.
Alongside a competitive salary and potential for an annual bonus, this role offers flexibility with regular travel to our #London office in Victoria. You’ll work in a hybrid way, balancing home working with in-person collaboration.
You’ll work on high-impact data challenges across billing, revenue, and debt, supporting financial control and assurance processes. From deep-dive analysis to improving data quality frameworks, you’ll help strengthen the foundations that drive business performance.

- Strong SQL skills with experience working on large, complex, production-scale datasets
- Experience working with imperfect datasets, using investigation and logic to identify improvements
- Experience building data validation, reconciliation, or control processes
- Exposure to financial, billing, or operational data such as revenue or transactions
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link data insights to financial outcomes and performance
- Experience managing multiple analytical tasks and prioritising effectively
- Ability to present data in a clear and actionable way for decision-making
What You’ll Be Doing
- Analysing financial data across revenue, billing, and debt to identify trends and insights
- Supporting data quality controls including reconciliations, validation, and exception reporting
- Performing deep-dive investigations to identify anomalies and improvement opportunities
- Partnering with Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver data-driven recommendations
- Driving continuous improvement in data quality, reporting accuracy, and processes
