Job Description
- Full-time, Max-Term opportunity until February 2027
- Based in Campbelltown, on the lands of the Dharawal People, working onsite 5 days per week
- $36.78 per hour + 12% Super + generous salary packaging benefits of up to $18,550
Join a purpose-driven team supporting children and families through the Early Childhood Approach program. This program plays a vital role in helping children and their families access supports early—empowering them to build confidence, capability and connection within their communities.
Your role, your impact
In this role, you are the heart of the service experience—creating a welcoming and responsive environment for families while ensuring the service runs smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll blend customer connection with data insight, helping teams make informed decisions that improve outcomes for children and families.
- Customer experience: deliver welcoming, professional front-of-house support for families, staff, and stakeholders
- Enquiries & communication: manage phone, email and in-person enquiries with care, clarity and professionalism
- Site coordination: organise day-to-day operations including rooms, appointments and shared spaces
- Administrative support: provide high-level support to the Regional Lead and multidisciplinary team
- Meetings & events: coordinate schedules, agendas, minutes and follow-ups to keep the team connected and informed
- Data & reporting: generate accurate operational reports and identify trends, risks and opportunities
- Data integrity: maintain accurate records and systems with a high level of confidentiality
- Continuous improvement: contribute insights and recommendations to enhance service delivery
- Safe environment: promote a clean, organised and welcoming space for all who access the service
Who we’re looking for
- Deliver customer-focused support – bring experience working in fast-paced, client-facing environments, ideally in health, disability or community services
- Provide high-quality administration – apply strong skills across reception, coordination and administrative functions
- Manage competing priorities – confidently organise tasks, meet deadlines and support smooth day-to-day operations
- Produce accurate reports – use advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, to manage data and reporting
- Translate data into insights – interpret information and communicate findings clearly to support decision-making
- Communicate with care – engage with a wide range of people, including sensitive or complex situations, with professionalism and respect
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality – handle information with a high level of attention to detail and discretion
- Work collaboratively – build positive relationships and contribute across teams while working independently when needed
- Support onsite operations – be available to work onsite 5 days per week

- Leadership support – experience working with senior leaders or multidisciplinary teams
- Sector knowledge – familiarity with NDIA systems or data reporting
