Job Description
Benefits Coordinator will support client financial management in accordance with all Federal and State and Company regulations in addition to processing specific financial tasks related to the individuals and organization.
What You Will Get To Do:
Maintaining and verifying client accounts
Verify household ledgers (grocery, cash, EBT)
Processing payments and managing bills for supported individuals
Maintain relationships with internal and external and stakeholders
Timely and professional communication with external Representative Payee's
Prepare annual Individual Financial Plans (IFP) for clients
Develop and submit monthly expense reports
Ensuring client funds are handled in accordance with Washington Administrative codes
Maintain regular communication with supervisor and attend management team meetings as needed
Maintain accurate tracking of all financial transactions for consumers and clear records for auditory purposes
Qualifications
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Experience with I/DD population preferred
High School Diploma or GED
Working knowledge of financial, accounting, banking and account reconciliation procedures.
Working knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook.
Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills
