- Salary range: $18.30/hr - $19.30/hr
- Schedule: Full-time 8am - 4pm with some flexibility

Job Description
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
The Administrative Assistant will assure that coordination of benefits and financial resources (social security, Medicaid, Medicare, service authorizations, insurances, and other applicable benefits and resources) of each person in services remain current and are tracked to assure accountability of delivered services as identified in the person’s Individual Plan.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Assure the social security, Medicaid, and Medicare benefits of persons in services remain current.
- Track Medicaid/Medicare re-determination due dates of new enrollees and current recipients of services.
- Coordinate with supervisors and/or personally facilitate persons in services Medicaid/Medicare re-determination documentation and Social Security reviews.
- Communicate anticipated concerns with maintaining any person in services benefit eligibility to your supervisor immediately.
- Enter data into appropriate databases. (Room and Board, Pay Stubs, Personal Needs, Consumer information)
- Fill out all representative payee forms.
- File all paperwork received promptly.
- Archive anything two years or older.
- Track pay stubs for Social Security.
- Submit Rep Payee online through Social Security Portal
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS: High-school Diploma or GED
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Experience applying for and maintaining social security and Medicaid benefits.
- Tracking and coordinating provider payments.
- Accounting for the resources of persons served.
- Working within Therap
