Job Description
We are looking for an IT Architect Endpoint Management profile to join our IT team. The position provides advanced technical support to internal users across different countries and global regions, while also contributing to system administration and network operations to ensure stable and secure IT services.

Due to the international scope of the role, working hours are not fixed and may include evening, night, weekend, or rotating shifts, depending on the regions being supported.
Key responsibilities
- Developing and designing a highly secure endpoint management environment with clear target architectures and standards
- Leading endpoint management projects from planning through design to implementation, as well as actively participating in project teamwork
- Ensuring that security, compliance, and regulatory requirements (e.g., in accordance with guidelines from the Federal Office for Information Security, including BSI-CON-11.1) are met in the endpoint architectures
- Managing external service providers and coordinating the interfaces between IT security, infrastructure, and operations
- Evaluating and implementing new solutions and technologies in the endpoint environment to continuously improve the IT workstations
Qualifications
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification in the IT field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in endpoint management (operations and/or architecture) in medium-sized or large IT environments
- Good knowledge of common endpoint management tools, ideally such as Microsoft Intune and Tanium
- In-depth understanding of IT security, compliance, and regulatory requirements, preferably in regulated environments and in accordance with BSI guidelines
- A structured, independent work style, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to undergo a security clearance screening in accordance with the Security Clearance Act (SÜG)
- A high level of English is required (C1)
