Job Description
Are you passionate about infrastructure projects and eager to contribute to the development of modern railway systems? Would you like to work in a diverse environment, managing complex projects and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams? We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our ever-growing team in Thessaloniki Greece. In this role, you will manage railway infrastructure projects in Germany throughout their full lifecycle, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Managing infrastructure projects in the field of railway infrastructure, from the planning phase through to successful completion
- Control and monitor project schedules, costs, and quality, ensuring efficient and timely delivery
- Coordinate internal and external project stakeholders, including authorities, planning offices, construction companies, and procurement teams
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and railway-specific regulations and standards
- Advise clients on organizational, strategic, and technical aspects of project execution
- Support the continuous improvement of processes and technologies within the rail infrastructure sector
Qualifications
- Degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, industrial engineering or related disciplines
- At least 3 years of experience in managing railway infrastructure construction projects, preferably in Germany, including collaboration with German railway infrastructure providers
- Affinity for digital tools and modern project management methodologies
- Strong coordination, analytical, and consulting skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders confidently
- Knowledge of the German railway sector and relevant regulations/standards (e.g. HOAI, VOB) is an advantage
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in German and English are mandatory
- Willingness to travel to Germany for project-related activities
