Key Responsibilities (High Level)

• The Legal Counsel will provide end‑to‑end legal, contractual, and strategic advisory support to the Europe Generics (EUG) business.
• Act as primary legal partner to Internal teams.
• Support commercialization, product launches, and new business models
• Enable licensing, distribution, and collaboration transactions with structured, risk‑balanced contracting.
• Drive efficiency through clause standardisation, CLM adoption, and digital legal initiatives.
• Ensure SLA‑driven, high‑quality legal support and strong stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in commercial contracting, licensing, and cross‑border transactions.
• Experience supporting pharmaceutical, generics, OTC, healthcare, consumer health, or life sciences businesses.
• Sound understanding of European legal and regulatory environments.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and high‑volume transactions under tight timelines.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.
• Proficiency in legal tech tools (CLM systems, digital contract workflows).
• Business‑oriented mindset with strong risk assessment and problem‑solving abilities.

• Law degree from a recognised university; LL.M preferred.
• PQE (3-4 years) in in‑house legal roles or top‑tier law firms.
• Understanding of European legal and regulatory environments is preferred
