Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic HR professional to own end‑to‑end employee lifecycle and early career programs, while driving internal engagement initiatives. The role demands strong stakeholder management, operational rigor, and execution excellence across onboarding, transitions, and employee communications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Early Career Talent Lifecycle & Programs

  • Drive early career programs (Interns, Trainees, Leadership programs) including selection, reviews, engagement, and conversion outcomes
  • Own end‑to‑end onboarding, induction, and lifecycle management for early career cohort
  • Ensure seamless joiner and exit experiences, lifecycle governance, documentation, and system/process compliance

2. Capability Building

  • Work closely with L&D and HR team to support capability‑building programs in coordination with HR and business stakeholders
  • Act as a liaison between field teams and central HR for training initiatives

3. Culture Building and Employee Engagement

  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, key organizational events, and managing annual calendar events
  • Review effectiveness of engagement initiatives and incorporate the feedback

4. Internal Communication

  • Manage structured communication channels, and ensure consistent messaging

 

    Qualifications

    Preferred Qualifications

    MBA / Postgraduate in HR or related field

    3+ years of experience in Talent Management / Early Careers
