Job Description
Job Summary:
Sourcing of single use production consumables pertaining to Biologics Business Unit - Biosimilars.
Review batch plan and regulate material flow, ensure availability of approved material to meet manufacturing plans.
Material Qualification and Vendor Qualification. QMS support.
Periodic negotiations with external partners & ensure continuous cost control.
Review & analyse spend data to identify leads and improve cost optimisation.
Price Benchmarking. Rate contracts. Material masters.
Supplier relationship management. Supply Agreement.
P2P knowledge and understanding.
CFT alignment and Alternate Vendor Management.
Preparation of MIS for department.
Compliance to Audit requirements, both Internal and External.
Understand and align Regulatory & Quality compliance aspects .
Knowledge in material imports and ensure relevant statutory license permits.
Material Quality Complaint Management and closures with CAPA from vendors.
Strategic Procurement of Direct Material.
Qualifications
Academic Background and Experience
Should be Science Graduate in any discipline with MBA.
5 years of experience in Procurement.
Experience with SAP, MS Office Excel and e-procurement tools.
Strong Business & Finance acumen.
