Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Compliance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring experience in the pharmaceutical industry and a passion for driving ethical business practices. Key Responsibilities:
Compliance Monitoring & Testing:
- Conduct transactional testing and periodic reviews to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
- Support internal audits and compliance reviews, especially in sales and marketing functions.
Risk Assessment & Mitigation:
- Identify potential compliance risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Support investigations and root cause analyses related to compliance breaches.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with business units to promote a culture of compliance.
- Provide guidance and support on compliance-related queries and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross functional team including Finance for resolution and support.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, findings, and corrective actions.
- Prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies as required.
Training and Communication:
- Ensure effective communication and training on compliance policies across departments
Qualifications
Industry Experience:
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical sector is highly preferred.
- Exposure to sales and marketing compliance, promotional review, or medical affairs is a plus.
Functional Expertise:
- Experience in compliance, internal audit, forensic reviews, or transactional testing.
- Familiarity with global compliance standards and regulatory frameworks.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of curiosity, eagerness to learn, and proactive engagement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic Qualifications:
- CA/CA Inter or equivalent expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Law, or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in compliance or related functions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and compliance tools/systems.
