About the Role
We’re looking for a highly skilled IT Solutions Specialist to support, optimize, and enhance critical business applications and systems across the organization. This role bridges technical expertise and business partnership—working closely with stakeholders, vendors, and internal development teams to deliver seamless, user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to support and improve key applications and systems
- Collaborate with vendors to install, upgrade, and maintain platforms
- Train and guide end users to maximize system effectiveness
- Act as an IT liaison for departments and committees
- Support and enhance internally developed applications with engineering teams
- Apply UI/UX best practices to improve system usability
- Build and support reports and interfaces using low-code/no-code tools
- Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis
- Support collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams) and AV systems
- Maintain telephony systems including call flows and hunt groups
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for critical system support
- Follow change management and SCRUM processes for system improvements
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards

Qualifications
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent detailed Information Technology experience in progressively complex systems integration and process automation environments
Minimum Experience
- 6+ years of relevant work experience supporting End User with specialized applications.
- 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows Server OS and its components
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce systems.
- 2+ years of Supporting AV systems with advanced room functionality.
- 2+ years of Experience with Teams meetings.
- 1-2+ years (basic level) of UI/UX development practices
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture, systems architecture, integration architecture and data architecture standards, frameworks, and practices
- Familiar with developing a Knowledgebase and leverage materials to provide resources for all staff.
- Knowledge of Low Code/No Code tools like SSRS, Adalo, Bubble, Zapier, etc.
- Basic operational understanding of VMWare and VSphere server virtualization tools (ESXi Hypervisor, vCenter Server, etc.)
- Understanding of relational and dimensional data modeling techniques
- Experience with Cloud/SaaS applications, APIs, SDK of packaged and legacy applications.
- Familiarity with SoQL or SQL languages a plus.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, .NET, C# languages a plus.
