Position Overview:

As a Leadership Development Specialist reporting to the Global Leadership Development Lead, you will focus on designing and facilitating leadership programs tailored for our Benelux leaders. Working closely with the executive team and collaborating deeply with the business, you will identify learning needs and design effective leadership development experiences. Emphasizing adult learning principles and global best practices, your role will ensure that our programs are impactful and aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and facilitate leadership programs for Benelux leaders, with a focus on the executive team.
• Collaborate with the business to understand learning needs and align development programs with strategic objectives.
• Provide guidance and advice to the broader community on Leadership Development best practices.
• Promote and apply the principles of adult learning to enhance the effectiveness of leadership programs.
• Foster engagement across all levels of the organization, including the executive leadership team.
• Contribute as a senior member of the global Leadership Development stream.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in designing and delivering leadership programs.
• Background in a corporate environment with exposure to complex leadership capability needs.
• Strong partnership, communication, and strategic influencing skills.
• Adept at engaging with all levels of the organization, including the executive leadership team.
• Experience in delivering the Franklin Covey leadership development framework (preferred but not essential).
• Fluent in Dutch and English. French is a plus.

We are a dynamic international team where collaboration knows no borders. As a Leadership Development Specialist at Domino's, you'll be an integral part of a diverse team that spans across Malaysia, Germany, Australia, and Japan. Our team comes together online at least monthly, providing a platform for sharing insights, discussing best practices, and learning from each other's experiences.

The team's primary objective is to create a unified leadership training plan for all Domino's Pizza Enterprises (DPE) countries. By leveraging the collective expertise of our international members, we aim to develop a comprehensive program that aligns with global standards while being sensitive to the unique cultural nuances of each country.

Success etrics:

Success in this role will be defined by high levels of engagement in leadership programs, resulting in a clear pipeline of leadership capability across our Benelux business.
