We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Salem location (1340 W Main Street). In this role, you will be the face of our organization, delivering products directly to our valued customers while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service excellence. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships with the communities we serve. • Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently to deliver products to customers throughout the Salem area
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Load, unload, and transport packages while maintaining product integrity
• Provide friendly and professional customer service at each delivery point
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
• Perform vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle at all times
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any obstacles encountered

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for commercial delivery purposes
• Ability to lift, carry, and transport packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency with GPS navigation and route planning tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional work ethic
• Knowledge of traffic safety regulations and defensive driving practices
• Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Physical capability to perform repetitive lifting and loading tasks
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
