We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Troy, United States location (131 N Lincoln Dr). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the Troy area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, values efficiency, and enjoys building positive relationships with customers while navigating your daily routes.

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner
• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize fuel consumption
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures and delivery confirmations
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing any questions or concerns
• Inspect vehicle daily for mechanical issues and report maintenance needs promptly
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure safe driving practices
• Handle products with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any obstacles encountered
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all times
• Meet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
• Must pass a comprehensive Motor Vehicle Record Check and criminal background check
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Physical capability to lift and carry packages safely
• Familiarity with the Troy, United States area or willingness to learn local routes
• Reliable transportation and commitment to punctuality
• Positive attitude, resilience, and adaptability to changing conditions
• Proficiency in using GPS and delivery management systems (preferred)
• Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for delivery
