We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team in Caseyville, United States. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers with every stop. This is an excellent opportunity to work independently while being part of a dynamic delivery operation that values efficiency, professionalism, and exceptional customer care.

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver packages and products to customers in assigned routes within the Caseyville area
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service to all customers
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructions
• Provide friendly and professional customer service at each delivery point, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe operating condition
• Handle packages with care, ensuring products arrive in excellent condition
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating the vehicle
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delivery status, delays, or any issues encountered
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior
• Meet daily delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining high-quality service standards

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery operations
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and route planning tools
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Commitment to safety protocols and defensive driving practices
• Positive attitude, reliability, and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and meet performance goals
• Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
