We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team in Fenton, United States. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. • Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within the Fenton area
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service to all customers
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructions
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns with empathy and transparency
• Perform pre-delivery vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe, working condition
• Handle packages and products with care, ensuring they arrive in excellent condition
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating the vehicle
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delivery status, delays, or issues
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior
• Meet daily delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining quality standards

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history
• Must have access to a reliable, insured vehicle that meets company standards for delivery operations
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
• Knowledge of local traffic laws, road safety regulations, and defensive driving practices
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
• Physical capability to perform delivery duties in various weather conditions
• Willingness to pass a criminal background check
• Preferred: Experience in delivery, logistics, or customer service roles
