We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Washington location on 2278 Washington Road. As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the Washington area. This role offers the opportunity to work independently while being part of a supportive team that values efficiency, professionalism, and exceptional customer care. • Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner
• Navigate local routes efficiently using knowledge of Washington roads and traffic patterns
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation for all shipments
• Provide friendly and courteous customer service at each delivery point
• Inspect vehicle daily for maintenance issues and report any concerns promptly
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related issues with professionalism and empathy
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving
• Organize and load delivery items securely to prevent damage during transport
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any obstacles
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance representing our organization

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery schedules
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures
• Comfortable using GPS and navigation technology
• Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction
• Ability to lift and carry packages of varying weights
• Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for delivery
