- Oversee daily store operations, including cash management, inventory control, and food quality assurance with meticulous attention to detail
- Lead, motivate, and inspire team members to consistently deliver outstanding customer service and maintain the highest standards of store cleanliness and organization
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing new team members, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations, company policies, and local health codes
- Address customer concerns with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues promptly and transparently
- Collaborate strategically with the General Manager to implement marketing initiatives and achieve ambitious sales goals
- Analyze and monitor costs related to labor, food, and supplies, identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost optimization
- Create employee schedules and assist with payroll management, ensuring fair and transparent scheduling practices
- Maintain accurate records and complete all required documentation in a timely and organized manner
- Perform various in-store tasks as needed, including food preparation, order taking, and customer support, demonstrating flexibility and resilience
- Analyze operational metrics and performance data to identify trends and recommend innovative improvements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service, retail management, or a similar fast-paced operational environment (preferred)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to motivate, guide, and develop team members
- Excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for creating positive and memorable customer experiences
- Proficiency in cash handling, basic mathematics, and financial reconciliation
- Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
- Computer literacy and proficiency with point-of-sale systems, order entry platforms, and inventory management software
- Comprehensive knowledge of food safety and handling procedures, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds regularly, and navigate a fast-paced kitchen environment safely
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Demonstrated conflict resolution and decision-making abilities with a transparent and inclusive approach
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Knowledge of scheduling software and payroll systems (preferred)
