We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team at our Decatur location (1135 W. Wood). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality products and exceptional service directly to our customers' doors. This is a flexible opportunity perfect for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy building positive relationships with the communities they serve. You'll play a vital role in ensuring every delivery is completed efficiently, safely, and with a smile.

• Operate a vehicle safely and responsibly while delivering products to customers throughout the Decatur area
• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize delivery times
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures and order confirmations
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at every delivery point, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
• Inspect vehicle condition regularly and report any maintenance issues promptly
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating a vehicle
• Handle cash and card transactions securely and accurately
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any obstacles encountered
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all times
• Meet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining quality standards

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company-specific standards
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
• Must pass a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record Check
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to navigate using GPS and delivery management systems
• Physical capability to safely load, unload, and carry delivery items
• Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine enthusiasm for customer satisfaction
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and responsibility for vehicle upkeep
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Preferred: Previous delivery or customer-facing experience
