We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team at our O'Fallon location (8760 Veterans Memorial Pkwy). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our company, delivering quality products and exceptional service directly to our customers' doors. This is an excellent opportunity to work independently while being part of a supportive, goal-oriented team that values efficiency, customer satisfaction, and professional excellence.

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers throughout the O'Fallon area and surrounding neighborhoods
• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize delivery times
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and represent the company with a positive attitude
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructions
• Inspect vehicle daily for mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance checks
• Handle cash and card transactions securely and accurately
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concerns
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating the vehicle
• Organize and load delivery items carefully to prevent damage during transport
• Build positive relationships with customers and handle inquiries or complaints with empathy and professionalism

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
• Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record Check
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and route planning tools
• Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and deliver items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions
• Resilience and adaptability to handle varying weather conditions and traffic situations
• Preferred: Previous delivery or customer-facing experience
• Preferred: Knowledge of the O'Fallon area and surrounding regions
