We're seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented leader who is passionate about driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you'll work collaboratively with our store manager and team to create a positive, productive work environment while maintaining the highest standards of service quality and efficiency.

• Lead, motivate, and mentor a diverse team of employees, fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace culture
• Ensure consistent high standards of food quality, customer service, and store cleanliness across all operations
• Manage inventory control, cost analysis, and cash handling procedures with accuracy and transparency
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing team members to maximize their potential and performance
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally, efficiently, and with empathy
• Collaborate with the store manager to implement company policies, strategies, and achieve performance goals
• Oversee daily operations, including employee scheduling, task assignment, and workflow optimization
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by adhering to all safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
• Support and execute marketing initiatives and local store promotional efforts
• Analyze sales data and key performance indicators to identify trends and implement strategies for continuous improvement
• Demonstrate resilience and decisive decision-making in high-pressure situations while maintaining a positive attitude
• Organize and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently to meet operational deadlines and objectives

• Proven leadership and team management experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse team members and customers
• Strong problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills in complex situations
• Detail-oriented with a demonstrated focus on operational efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Solid understanding of inventory management, cost control, and cash handling procedures
• Basic mathematical skills for financial calculations, inventory tracking, and performance analysis
• Valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation with proof of current auto insurance
• Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to multitask effectively and remain composed while managing high-pressure situations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Capability to coach, develop, and inspire team members toward excellence
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation compliance standards in food service operations

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience in the food service industry
• Experience with sales analysis and performance improvement strategies
• Familiarity with workforce scheduling and labor management systems
