We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Louisville location (3900 South 7th Street). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the neighborhood. • Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes throughout Louisville
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service
• Load, unload, and transport packages while maintaining product quality and safety standards
• Provide exceptional customer service, including friendly interactions and professional communication
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation for all transactions
• Perform vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Organize and manage delivery schedules to meet daily targets and customer expectations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and support organizational goals

• Valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years of driving history
• Pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards
• Access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with GPS navigation and route planning tools
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and transport packages safely
• Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
• Knowledge of local traffic laws and safety regulations
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a friendly approach to customer interactions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
