We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Louisville location on Dixie Highway. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. • Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes throughout Louisville and surrounding areas
• Navigate efficiently using GPS and route optimization techniques to maximize delivery productivity
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery point, ensuring a positive brand experience
• Carefully handle and transport packages, ensuring products arrive in excellent condition
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation, including signatures and delivery confirmations
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving standards
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concerns
• Resolve delivery challenges with a problem-solving mindset and transparent communication
• Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle interior and exterior

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for commercial delivery use
• Ability to lift, carry, and safely handle packages up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic technology
• Valid knowledge of traffic laws and commitment to safe driving practices
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic delivery environments
• Preferred: Previous delivery or customer service experience
• Preferred: Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting
