We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our St. Louis location (2256 S Grand Blvd). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the neighborhood. • Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes throughout the St. Louis area
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation for all transactions
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy
• Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptly
• Handle products with care, ensuring items arrive in excellent condition
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to maintain a clean driving record
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any obstacles
• Collect payments when applicable and process transactions accurately
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the organization professionally at all times

**Required Qualifications:**

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of driving history if 18 years old; 1 year of driving history if 19 years or older
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle approved for commercial delivery use
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check meeting company standards
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Excellent driving record with no major violations
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds regularly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and genuine customer service orientation

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Familiarity with the St. Louis area and local neighborhoods
• Experience in delivery, logistics, or customer-facing roles
• Knowledge of GPS and navigation systems
• Experience using mobile delivery applications
• Bilingual capabilities (Spanish preferred)
