We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team at our St. Louis location (3239 Lemay Ferry Rd.). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the St. Louis area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, values customer satisfaction, and enjoys the flexibility of a dynamic delivery role. You'll play a crucial part in ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly and in perfect condition.

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers throughout the St. Louis area in a timely and professional manner
• Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and local knowledge to optimize delivery schedules and minimize travel time
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers courteously, answering questions, and handling transactions professionally
• Inspect vehicles daily for mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance checks to ensure safe operation
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructions or concerns
• Handle packages and products with care, ensuring items arrive in excellent condition
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route changes, delays, or customer concerns
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe driving record
• Build positive relationships with regular customers and represent the organization's brand with integrity and enthusiasm
• Meet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining a flexible, can-do attitude

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in reading maps and using GPS navigation systems
• Physical capability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for delivery
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Knowledge of St. Louis area geography is a plus
• Experience in delivery, customer service, or transportation roles is preferred but not required
