- Oversee all daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards at all times
- Lead, mentor, and support team members to achieve performance goals while fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment
- Manage inventory control, cost controls, and cash handling with accuracy and transparency, including processing monetary transactions and reconciliations
- Develop and implement staff schedules while ensuring adequate coverage and considering team member availability and preferences
- Train and onboard new team members, providing clear instructions and ongoing coaching to enhance their skill set and performance
- Maintain store cleanliness, equipment functionality, and food safety standards, conducting regular inspections and addressing issues promptly
- Process and manage customer orders, both in-person and via telephone, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Operate all equipment safely and efficiently, and ensure team members follow proper operating procedures
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions to drive profitability
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve conflicts with empathy and professionalism, maintaining positive customer relationships
- Prepare and complete required paperwork, reports, and documentation accurately and on time
- Communicate effectively with upper management regarding store performance, challenges, and recommendations for improvement

Qualifications
**Required Qualifications:**
- Proven supervisory or management experience in a fast-paced operational environment
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately; proficiency with calculators and point-of-sale systems
- Demonstrated ability to handle cash, process transactions, and make correct monetary change
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide clear instructions and guidance
- Proficiency with computer systems, keyboards, and touch screen technology for order entry and data management
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Customer service excellence with a genuine commitment to meeting and exceeding customer expectations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds regularly, and work in varying temperature conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to food odors, heat, and other operational conditions

Physical Requirements including, but not limited to the following:
Standing
· Most tasks are performed from a standing position
Walking
· For short distances for short durations
Lifting
· Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more and are unloaded by the team member using a hand truck
· Deliveries may include cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds with dimensions of up to 3' x 1.5'
· Cases are usually lifted from floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72high
Carrying
· Large cans, weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces, are carried from the workstation to storage shelves
· Occasionally, pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds is carried from the storage room to the front of the store
· Trays of pizza dough are carried three at a time over short distances, and weigh approximately 12 pounds per tray
Pushing
· To move trays which are placed on dollies. A stack of trays on a dolly is approximately 24- 30 and requires a force of up to 7.5 pounds to push
· Trays may also be pulled
Climbing
· Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance
Stooping/Bending
· Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station
· Toe room is present, but workers are unable to flex their knees while standing at this station
· Duration of this position is approximately 30 - 45 seconds at one time, repeated continuously during the day
· Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stocking ingredients
Crouching/Squatting
· Performed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas
Reaching
· Reaching is performed continuously; up, down and forward
Hand Tasks
· Eye-hand coordination is essential; use of hands is continuous during the day
· Frequently activities require use of one or both hands
· Shaping pizza dough requires frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists
