We are seeking a friendly and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Centralia, United States. In this role, you will be the voice of our organization, providing exceptional support to our customers and helping resolve their concerns with professionalism and care. You will work in a fast-paced environment where your ability to listen, understand, and assist customers is valued and appreciated.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries received through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels
  • Listen actively to customer concerns and provide thoughtful, supportive solutions
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records and documentation in our system
  • Process customer orders, transactions, and requests efficiently
  • Provide clear and accurate information about products and services
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and concerns have been fully addressed
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support one another
  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues to appropriate management when necessary
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to supervisors
