Job Description

General job description:  Communicate with all levels with professionalism, utilize computer and office equipment to process employee onboarding, maintain new hire files, run background checks/rechecks, track expiring documents (DL, Auto Insurance, MVRs), update document tracking systems, interface with Operations team, Managers and Office teams, prepare materials for monthly group meetings, training sessions, and annual events. Ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution to all requests and questions.  Duties involve: handling confidential and sensitive information that requires high integrity and strict confidentiality.  

Additional Information

General Physical demands involve the ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, push, climb ladders/stairs, stoop/bend, crouch/squatt, reach, grasp with hands to use machines-tools-equipment-work aids, and tolerate exposure to varying temperatures/conditions inside and outside. On the job training involves customer service orientation, interactive computer program, and hands-on practice.
