Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and decisive General Manager to lead our operations at our St. Louis location (10486 W Florissant Ave). In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of business operations, drive strategic initiatives, and foster a high-performing team culture. The ideal candidate will combine strong business acumen with motivational leadership skills to achieve organizational goals and deliver exceptional results.

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth, profitability, and market competitiveness
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development
  • Oversee all operational functions, including budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure efficient use of organizational assets
  • Monitor key performance indicators and analyze business metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
  • Make informed decisions on staffing, scheduling, and operational procedures to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership, stakeholders, and team members to align on organizational objectives and expectations
  • Implement and maintain quality standards, safety protocols, and best practices across all operational areas
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to support employee growth and accountability
  • Represent the organization professionally in community and business engagements

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in strategic planning, business development, and operational management
  • Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience in budget management and P&L analysis
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics to drive informed decision-making
  • Experience with staff onboarding, performance management, and organizational development
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and sound judgment in complex business situations
  • Preferred: Experience in vendor management and process improvement initiatives
  • Preferred: Background in a similar industry or operational environment
