Job Description
COMPENSATION: $75,000-$85,000 + 10% TAD Bonus based upon company performance
Shift: Sun - Thurs 11am - finish, must be Flexible on time
The Warehouse Supervisor will assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes while adhering to established policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members
- Supervise daily operations, assign duties, and maintain adequate staffing levels
- Monitor team performance and conduct performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
Operational Oversight
- Coordinate daily schedules, workflow, and staffing with the manager
- Maintain inventory control using Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Assist in compiling daily key indicators and preparing statistical reports
- Ensure proper stock rotation using First In, First Out (FIFO) procedures
Process Improvement
- Make recommendations for operational procedures to enhance efficiency
- Assist manager in achieving warehouse-related KPI goals
- Contribute to maintaining audit readiness and 5S standards
Collaboration and Communication
- Lead pre-shift meetings and attend staff meetings
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize warehouse operations
- Create a positive work environment and maintain team morale
Flexibility and Adaptability
- Perform other duties as assigned by Manager and/or Director
- Fill in for warehouse team members as needed to meet goals
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED, some college with equivalent work experience, or 2-3 years of warehouse experience
- Excellent supervisory and leadership skills to train and coach team members
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control
- Must successfully pass a background checks every third year on your anniversary date
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Knowledge of WMS, MS Office, SAP, computers, and scanner equipment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, be on call, including carrying an emergency cell phone, as needed
Additional Requirements:
- Follow and enforce Domino’s dress code standards
- Must maintain forklift, pallet jack and scissor lift certification
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time, climb stairs, and lift to 25 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. on occasion
- Ability to bend, twist, reach, push, and pull throughout the shift
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures (non-airconditioned warehouse), both indoors and outdoors
- Ability to work in environment with exposure to loud machinery
- Must be able to work around yeast and flour
