  • Lead and motivate a team of employees, ensuring high performance and a positive work environment
  • Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer concerns promptly
  • Assist in training and developing new team members
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to implement company policies and procedures
  • Analyze sales data and contribute to strategies for improving store performance
  • Handle cash management and financial reporting responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Step in to perform various operational tasks as needed during busy periods

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (2 years experience if {AGE} or 1 year if 19 or older)
  • Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Associate's degree in business management or related field (preferred)
