- Lead and motivate a team of employees, ensuring high performance and a positive work environment
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer concerns promptly
- Assist in training and developing new team members
- Collaborate with the General Manager to implement company policies and procedures
- Analyze sales data and contribute to strategies for improving store performance
- Handle cash management and financial reporting responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Step in to perform various operational tasks as needed during busy periods
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (2 years experience if {AGE} or 1 year if 19 or older)
- Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Associate's degree in business management or related field (preferred)
