- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Handle cash management and financial transactions accurately
- Coordinate and supervise shift schedules and employee assignments
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist in inventory management and supply ordering
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the store manager to achieve sales targets and improve store performance

Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems and other store technology
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Food handler's certification (preferred)
