We're looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team in Fenton, United States! As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, leading team members, and ensuring exceptional customer service.   • Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
  • Lead, motivate, and train team members to maintain high performance standards
  • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Collaborate with the management team to implement company policies and procedures
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
  • Assist in creating employee schedules and managing staff coverage
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Participate in cost control measures and help optimize operational efficiency
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives and promotional activities
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new team members
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Handle cash management and daily financial reporting responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a food service or retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in basic math and computer skills, including point-of-sale systems
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, sound decisions
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (2 years experience if 18 or 1 year if 19 or older)
  • Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in business or related field preferred
  • ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment
