Job Description

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Arden Hills, United States location! We're looking for a friendly and empathetic individual to provide exceptional support to our valued customers.

  • Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and chat messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with patience and understanding
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Document customer interactions and update account information in our database
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members or supervisors
  • Provide personalized solutions to meet individual customer needs
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Pay range $12-18

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using computers and customer service software
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Patient and empathetic approach to customer interactions
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
