Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager at our Saint Charles location! We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented leader to help drive our success at 2181 Droste Rd. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, mentoring team members, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

  • Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Provide outstanding customer service and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
  • Assist in training and developing new team members
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to implement strategies for improving performance and achieving goals
  • Handle cash management and financial reporting responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
  • Customer service-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems
  • Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience 
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Previous experience in food service or retail management (preferred)
