Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Pt. Pleasant, United States. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues with professionalism and empathy.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns with patience and understanding
  • Process orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately

Qualifications
