Job Description

WHAT'S THE ROLE

Behind every successful finance and operations function is a strong systems foundation that keeps information flowing, processes running and decisions moving forward.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

The Senior Financial Systems Administrator serves as the primary administrator and business partner for Dexterra's core financial systems, including #NetSuite, #OneStream and related applications. Working closely with Finance, Operations and other business stakeholders, you'll help ensure these critical platforms remain stable, reliable and aligned with the evolving needs of the organization.

From user support and system administration to process improvement and application enhancements, you'll play a key role in helping teams across the business get the most value from the technology they rely on every day.

  • Administer and support NetSuite, OneStream and other core financial applications used across the organization.
  • Serve as a trusted systems partner to Finance and Operations teams, providing user support, troubleshooting and guidance.
  • Manage system configurations, security access, testing, upgrades and ongoing application performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, improve business processes and implement system enhancements.
  • Support financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and operational planning through effective application management.
  • Maintain system documentation, controls and governance requirements.
  • Participate in financial systems projects, integrations and continuous improvement initiatives, including opportunities to leverage automation and AI.

Why This Role Stands Out

This is more than a traditional systems administration role. You'll be the go-to expert for the applications that support critical financial and operational processes across the organization, while partnering directly with business leaders to improve how technology supports reporting, planning, decision-making and performance.

For professionals with a NetSuite Administrator or Financial Systems background, this role offers the opportunity to expand your influence beyond day-to-day system support and play a meaningful role in process improvement, business partnership and the ongoing evolution of Dexterra's financial systems environment.
