The Janitor performs routine building cleaning tasks to maintain clean and safe facilities and grounds at CMI’s customer site in Artesia, NM. This work is manual in nature and requires a variety of physical demands.

Key Job Functions

• Perform a full range of janitorial and custodial assignments such as mopping, cleaning walls,
• Perform semi-skilled and skilled duties in other trade areas as required   
• Perform other work as assigned or required on the contract

• A working knowledge of building cleaning practices supplies and equipment
• Knowledge of proper use of a wide range of chemicals according to the state federal regulations handling
• Knowledge of disposing of hazardous materials and blood borne pathogens
