Are you detail-oriented, highly organized, and ready to make an impact? We're looking for a Client Excellence Specialist to join our Client Strategy & Marketing team. At Dexterra Group, we create exceptional client experiences by combining service excellence, industry insight, and operational expertise.
The Client Excellence Specialist plays a key role in strengthening client relationships, supporting business growth, and ensuring that every interaction reinforces our brand’s value.
What You’ll Be Doing
The Client Excellence Specialist brings strong project and event coordination, communication, creative and analytical skills to translate insights and data into meaningful actions that support growth, retention, and brand impact.
Project & Event Coordination
- Plan and coordinate high‑value events such as workshops, conferences, tradeshows, client education sessions, and webinars.
- Manage logistics including venues, vendors, speaker support, registration, schedules, and onsite coordination.
- Build detailed event plans, timelines, budgets, and critical paths while coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
- Maintain accurate tracking of tradeshow and conference plans for business development and senior leadership review.
- Prepare event materials including agendas, invitations, presentations, and post‑event follow‑ups.
- Support logistics and inventory management for marketing collateral across business development and operations.
Sales & Strategic Content Support
- Develop strategic content such as case studies, narratives, and thought‑leadership pieces that showcase Dexterra’s value.
- Contribute to high‑revenue presentations, proposals, and RFP materials for senior leaders and sales teams.
- Use client insights and feedback to create external‑facing messaging that strengthens positioning and supports business development pursuits.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and planning materials for strategy, sales, and business development discussions.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through client perception data to support stronger market positioning.
Marketing & Design
- Support development of marketing content used for brand visibility and business development, including digital and print materials.
- Assist with the creation of visual assets for campaigns, events, and client-facing deliverables (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.).
- Translate insights and messaging into cohesive marketing collateral aligned with Dexterra’s brand standards.
- Maintain records of memberships, associations, and affiliations tied to visibility and brand positioning.
- Stay current on marketing, engagement, and event trends to recommend innovative approaches that enhance brand impact.
Client Excellence, Insights & Program Support
- Support client engagement and advocacy initiatives focused on retention, satisfaction, and relationship building.
- Maintain the Client Engagement Library, including templates, playbooks, and operational tools.
- Input and maintain accurate client data for dashboards and reporting tools; assist with analysis of engagement metrics.
- Support client-focused events and appreciation activities that reinforce loyalty and strengthen ongoing relationships.
- Prepare reports summarizing client insights, feedback themes, and program performance to inform leadership decisions.
- Perform additional duties as required to support the Client Excellence Program.
Qualifications
Who we're looking for
- A Great Attitude!
- 3+ years of experience in client excellence, marketing or an administrative support or related roles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and content development skills.
- Ability to analyze client feedback and translate insights into actionable messaging.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Solid organizational and project coordination skills, particularly for events and engagement programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Power BI and Adobe Suite and Canva are assets.
- Valid driver’s licence and flexibility to travel.
- Experience in the service industry is an asset.
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs and perform occasional walking, bending, and light physical activity.
